Haute in the Hamptons! QVC is, once again, teaming up with Ovarian
Cancer Research Fund (OCRF) to broadcast QVC Presents Super Saturday
Live from the Hamptons. This special two-hour “designer charity sale,”
which is scheduled to air Saturday, July 30 at 2 PM (ET), will feature
premier fashion, beauty, jewelry, accessories and home pieces at HALF
the manufacturer’s suggested retail price* with net proceeds
benefitting OCRF.

Select brands scheduled to be featured include Laura Geller, Peter
Thomas Roth, L’Oréal Paris, philosophy, Judith Ripka, Amrita Singh,
Honora and B. Makowsky. Additionally, contemporary sportswear line
TART Collections is scheduled to unveil its versatile yet stylish
Infinity Dress in a brand-new teal color, especially designed to
support ovarian cancer research and education.

The prestigious Super Saturday sale now reaches QVC’s 98 million U.S.
homes, allowing shoppers throughout the country to purchase designer
brands at a fraction of the manufacturer’s suggested retail price
while supporting OCRF. Currently in its 14th year, Super Saturday will
broadcast live for the fifth consecutive year”

Last week I attended the preview for the event to come on Saturday and if you follow me on Twitter you saw the products I tweeted and how I gave the model a “disguise.” The concept behind the “style and disguise” promo stems from Ovarian cancer disguising itself as a less serious illness. This is why it is important to visit your doctors yearly.
