In December I did a post on Andre Walker, Oprah’s Hair Stylist for 25 years, new product line (click here). I purchased the products and I have been using them pretty consistently for since January. The only time I did not use the product was when I was getting a relaxer. I use Affirm and it comes with a special shampoo, conditioner, and treatment that I have to use.

My thoughts
I really like Andre Walker Hair Care products especially the Q-Oil. After the first wash I noticed that my hair looked very healthy and felt very thick.
Pros
- The shampoo is very concentrated and it gives a great lather.
- My hair did not feel brittle even before the conditioner was used.
- The Q-Oil really adds great shine and softens the hair
- Hair felt stronger and looked healthier after one use
Cons
- The conditioner was my least favorite product out of the set.
- I hade a hard time combing my hair with the conditioner when I washed it myself, so did my hair stylist when she used it.
- It took a long time to roller set my hair because it was a bit tangled after using the conditioner
That is my only issue with the product, the conditioner could make the detangling process a bit easier.
I would purchase all products again, but I would use a detangler or a deep conditioner in addition to the conditioner. The shampoo and Q-Oil are great. I would buy those again without hesitation.
