So of course this week’s Thirsty Thursday was inspired by the Brooklyn Blogfest sponsored by Absolut Brooklyn.
Ingredients
1 1/2 parts Absolut Brooklyn
2 parts ginger ale Squeeze of lime (other options, apple juice, or cranberry juice mixed with ginger ale)
Method
Pour over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a lime wedge
