Sweet Tooth: Winter Hats

There is some type of arctic blast happening all over the country. My family in Florida were like its ridiculous and it was 30degrees. In Wisconsin it was -38 below zero! This is crazy!!! We have never seen temperatures this low since they were able to detect the weather (ok I maybe exaggerating a little bit) but it is freezing!
