Its good to see that camaraderie amongst female rappers. Eve killed it IMO. She should’ve given more energy in her performance, but great video from a diverse group of females. I wish Eve would come back though she is definitely my favorite female rapper.
Wow…That was incredible. As weird as Lady GaGa may be she is on an entirely different level from all of these artist artistically. Beyonce definitely stepped out of her shell with this one. The video was definitely EPIC. There aren’t too many 10 minute videos I can sit through, but I did not move once from this. The colors, the wardrobe, the makeup, the choreography…everything was on point. I still think Lady GaGa is a major weirdo, but she is an incredible artist.

So I guess this is what happens when you didn’t have a daddy around when you were growing up, so now you’re wild and don’t give a $%#* because you are looking for a “sponsor.” Some one to pay for a mani and pedi and take you to the Dominican hair salon (total price less thatn $100) and and someone to buy you a drink ($12) and fill up your tank ($40+ depending on the car). Then you say “if you tryna get it there’s some work that come with it” Exactly what is “it?” What type of work must this man put in? Then you start doin splits, grind the floor and spread eagle….so I’m guessing you are going to get this sponsor at the strip club…correct me if I’m wrong.
Teairra Marie is so young and beautiful and I guess the record labels have forced her to take on this negative role for black women, but this is ridiculous. It is nothing wrong if you have a friend who wants to treat you to nice things, but seriously if this is how you get what you want, you must have serious issues on the inside. I don’t care what anyone says THIS IS NOT NORMAL. The media is trying to condition us (young black females) saying this is how we can get the finer things, well a Louis bag, mani and pedi, and dominican wash-n-set is not worth my dignity.
The beat was nice and her makeup was flawless in the video though…that’s about it

One of the BEST videos that I have seen in a long time. The beginning was a little drawn bout, but that was so entertaining. It fit the personality of the Black Eyed Peas. It was very futuristic. I loved the giant dancing robot…that was cute. The contrast in eras was cool too. They wanted something futuristic but people were not dressed accordingly. It was a cool video to watch….will I watch it again….probably not because 10 minutes is a very long time. lol
I actually like Nicki Minaj in this video. Her theatrics fit the song, so she wasn’t uber annoying! Anyway…cute song and video….this is the Luda that I missed
