I have been trying to layer more. I can help other people layer their clothes without a problem but when it comes to me, I have yet to master this skill. I think I did pretty well though. I chose to wear a form fitting sweater dress with an over-sized cardigan. I belted the cardigan to give it shape. To make the look ‘winter appropriate’ I paired it with some grey opaque tights to break up the monochromatic look, and topped off the black over the knee socks and silver accessories.

Temperatures are quickly dropping and soon we will have to break out the sweaters full time. I love sweater dresses for the fall/winter. The dress is very simple but paired with the right accessories you will turn heads. I would wear it probably with burgundy tights and black riding boots and a statement necklace. This dress could easily be belted as well. It is very casual and relaxed and gives the feeling of a sweatshirt and we all know how comfortable they can be.
