She has tattooed “Rebelle Fleur” which means Rebelliou Flower in French, on her neck. Yes her neck. I have loved most of Rihanna’s tattoos. I commend her on still being classy and elegant as opposed to people like Fantasia, but one thing that I cannot stand is a neck tattoo. It just screams “Hood Booger”
