I meant to post this a while back, but the recent pics of Kim Kardashian for Ocean Drive was a great reminder. So tell me what is being sold in the video you are about to see…(only if you have access to youtube)
“Who said that salads can’t be hot?” *Blank Stare, Confused BBM faces*
Ok there are sooooo many things wrong with this commercial. I have so many thoughts and questions….here is my list…
1. Why isn’t she using a fork? It is salad…who really eats lettuce and chicken (that’s not fried, a wingette, or a tender) with their fingers (BARBARIANS and people with no home training)
2. Did they really have to zoom in on her lips and breast like that with the dripping the salad dressing? (Not necessary and kind of ruins my appetite)
3. Do you really eat grilled chicken salads while taking a bubble bath? I could understand a few pieces of fruit (with a fork or some utensil)….and then again I come back to my point of her not using a fork….soap suds and salad yummmm *sarcasm*
4. Is this really a good tactic to get people to eat salad? What would you really say if you saw a person eating like this? I would just stare….
5. Salad is not even a “sexy” food dish
This is when selling sex goes way tooooo far. Selling salad? What’s next toilet paper? I hope not

I am really tired of the KKK…yes I said it the KKK…Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney!! I know you are thinking, “well why are you blogging about them?” This is my place to vent about foolishness! I saw this on Bossip yesterday and I just don’t get it…
Ok so here is my list of what is wrong with this picture and why I am fed up!
- How old is “Single Ladies”? You choose now to do your “own” version…the leotard look has been duplicated and triplicated (no it is not a word) a million times. Be ORIGINAL…
- None of you are on Beyonce’s level. This is disrespectful towards her. She didn’t become famous because of a sex tape
- Khloe REALLY looks like a man…like a serious transvestite…smh
- Kourtney looks like she is about to POP (Although she had the baby since the photo) Like they couldn’t wait til after she gave birth?
- Pack up the leotards! It is 2 degrees outside (That goes for Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Amber Rose, and all of the other leotard wearing female celebrities)
- They just look like cheap imitations.
I will say though their makeup is FLAWLESS. The contouring of the cheeks is ON POINT!! Kudos to the makeup artist! Other than that this pic is an #epicfail (IMO)

Mariah Carey has teamed up with Nicki Minaj for her next single “Up Out My Face.” This looks like its going to be interesting. I can understand Nicki as the doll since she considers herself the Harajuku Barbie but what is Mariah doing? I guess desperate times call for desperate measures. She is probably trying to reach the younger crowd to get those album sales up.

Brownsville We Made It! Lol ok I should not glorify the negativity, but I was born and raised in Brownsville, and this place has helped shape who I am today. I have a Love/Hate relationship with Brownsville. I hate all of the negativity associated with it. Every time I say I’m from Brownsville people would say…”don’t rob me.” SMH Everyone from the hood is not a criminal. I do love the fact that I learned a lot from this place. I learned and realize that I wanted to be better then the perceived person from Brownsville. Brownsville has made me tough and get thicker skin, and also just be thankful I did not succumb to the negativity. Well we are going to see the good, the bad, and the ugly not only about Brownsville, but Brooklyn in general.
Wesley Snipes, Don Cheadle, Richard Gere, and Ethan Hawke have all teamed up for what is projected to be one of the biggest movies of the Spring “Brooklyn’s Finest” from the producers of “Training Day” I don’t think you could have asked for a better cast! You have the “good cop” (Don Cheadle) who is working undercover to bring justice, then you have “the corrupt grimey cop” (Ethan Hawke) who is an opportunist and tries to capitalize on all of the ‘dirty money’ (smh Ethan) then you have the “I don’t care, I’m getting ready to retire cop” (Richard Gere) who just wants to get out of the force because he put his time in. Then you have the big time drug dealer (Wesley Snipes and his extensions lol).
I will definitely be in the theaters. I need to see my hood on the big screen lol…ok not really but it looks like a great movie! Training Day and New Jack City revamped…gotta love it! Check the trailer.
