Yesterday I did a post on Rihanna’s Missoni Aden Crochet Pants, well today I have a sneak peek of the Missoni/Target Collection! The Missoni for Target Collection will feature 400 pieces! Yes it is a 400 piece collection that has everything from dresses, to ties, to dishware and luggage.

I really love that bike and the dishware will definitely spice up any kitchen. There are quite a few pieces I’m looking at. Let’s see if things work out for me in September 🙂

The collection will hit Target in a about a month. It will run from September 13th through October 22nd.

Because this collection is so high in demand, H&M has instituted specific rules for shopping the Lanvin collection this weekend. There has been chaos in the past before and so they finally wised up and came to a solution. The rules are pretty specific, so if you are shopping this collection please pay close attention:

How To Shop

H&M is launching Lanvin for H&M November 20th. Since the collection is in very high demand, we’re expecting a crowd.

What do I do if I arrive before opening hours?

If there is a line, please wait in line, and H&M store staff will inform you on how to shop.

How does the queuing system work?

The first 320 in line will receive one of 16 different colored bracelets, 20 people for each bracelet color; on the bracelet you will be given a specific time for shopping in our designated area. The bracelets are only needed for the women’s collection. Customers buying the men’s collection will not require a bracelet.

When your time slot arrives, you will enter the designated area to shop for 15 minutes.  Our goal is to create a better shopping experience for our customers.

If you are not one of the first 320 in line, you will of course have the opportunity to shop from the rest of the collection or within H&M.  When the 16 groups have finished their shopping, we will also open up a designated area for all our customers.

To make sure as many customers as possible are able to buy the collection, we have a shopping limit. Every customer can buy from the entire collection, but with a limit of purchasing two pieces per product i.e. not more than two sizes (shoes/garments) or pieces (accessories) per product per customer. The shopping limit covers the entire Lanvin for H&M collection. Your place in line does not guarantee any items from the Lanvin for H&M collection.

I am having 2nd and 3rd thoughts about this collection. I thought it would be in all H&Ms but those 6 stores will be in pure chaos! I have to ask myself is it really worth it. I would have to leave my house around 5am to be on line for 6am and I probably won’t even be in the . I have not stood online hours before the store opened in like 10 years when I was in my Jordan phase.

I think these designer collaborations are great for the fashion world, but is this worth it? Most likely I will not partake in these festivities. If the collection was available at more locations I would, but 15 minutes to “shop” that’s ridiculous, I am so not a “grab and go” shopper.

How many of you will be in the trenches, throwing elbows, to get pieces from this collection?

The highly anticipated launch of the season will arrive in a few weeks. Yes in just two weeks and three days (November 20, 2010 in the US) we will be apart of the mayhem. The lookbook was released yesterday and I must tell you that I am very impressed. Animal prints, great jewelry, bold shoes, ruffled dresses, printed t-shirts…definitely must haves for a stylish wardrobe. They have a wide range of accessories and clothing for men and women. Yes fellas, the collection will be available to you also. One may think the price points for the merchandise would be extremely high, but not this collection. Items ranges from $9.95 for a pair of tights to $349 for a coat. All shoes will be $99 (I have my eyes on the leopard pair) and the dresses are reasonably priced as well. This will be a great opportunity to find that perfect holiday party dress as well. I still haven’t come to terms with the other 50,ooo girls that will be wearing the same pair of shoes or the exact dress, probably at the same party. That is the only thing preventing me from purchasing anything from this collection. I know many people are going to say, “Well it depends on how you rock it. You can make it look different.” This is true, but just the thought of wearing the same dress at the same party with 10 other girls is just ridiculous. Anyway…enough of me talking…take a look at the collection

Are you ready to put up a fight? Well if you want anything from this collection be ready! The collection hits stores in the US November 20.

Reebok has teamed up with the Hello Kitty brand to create the “Plush Kitty Sneaker.” The comfort of a sneaker with the look of a stuffed animal. Interesting. I actually like the black pair. Although I would never purchase them myself, they are interesting. The white and the pink are pretty to look at, but I am not sure how wearable they are because they would get dirty extremely fast. They are only available in Japan. Click here to purchase

The Lanvin and H&M collaboration is probably one of the most anticipated collaborations of the year. A few ads have been released and the fashion blogging world went bananas. This collaboration is definitely going to bring what the Jimmy Choo collab didn’t. I am not sure if I am going to purchase anything from the collection though. The lines for the Jimmy Choo debut were CRAZY and those women, and some men, were acting like wild animals. I am a lover of fashion, but I love my life more than an H&M x Lanvin piece. Decisions, decisions…I may just have to partake in the madness! The leopard shoes are have my name written all over them 🙂 Available November 23.
