Style Files: Week in Review

So here are my favorite looks of some of our favorite celebrities!

My Thoughts……

  1. So I LOVE Rihanna’s look. I am not a huge fan of the bright red hair, but I get the point with her new album being called LOUD. Her hair is definitely loud, but I love her look. (Not really feeling Melody’s princess look)
  2. Solange, Solange, Solange…She is definitely working the turban. This style is definitely for those bad hair days and it so much more classier than your head scarf you use at night. I love the print of the turban and the fact that she kept her look simple. The gold pumps are the perfect match to add a little glam.
  3. Dawn is definitely in shape! I need to do a few (hundred) crunches right now.

My Thoughts…

  1. Selita Ebnaks’ style is so effortless. I love the fact that she went with a neutral face . The dress speaks volumes and so she nailed her look with minimal makeup and a classic up do.
  2. Rachel Roy just looks amazing. The bold red lip really draws attention to her face. The dress is definitely sleek and looks great on her.
  3. I love Nicole Richie and her oversized sunglasses. She kept her look simple with a pair of python red bottoms.

Look for Less: Crystal Platform Pumps

Remember when twitter went crazy for the Gianmarco Lorenzi Crystal pumps?

Well Fever Shoes by Natischa Harvey has been all the rave this past week. She has an exact replica of the Gianmarco Lorenzi swarvoski studded shoes called “Tiff”. They come in gold, black, and brown, and retail for $200. After these shoes were spotted on Raven Symone during the Wendy Williams show, all of the fashion blogs went crazy looking for the designer.

Dawn Richard of Dirty Money

Life did not stop after Danity Kane for Dawn Richard. Many people criticized her for staying with Bad Boy and joining Dirty Money, but it is definitely paying off. Dawn was recently featured in KONTROL Magazine sharing her thoughts on her former Danity Kane and her new family Dirty Money. She has overcome many obstacles such as being homeless to now being recognized as a talented singer and songwriter.

Dawn’s creative abilities are not just limited to singing, dancing, and songwriting, she also created Danity Kane comics and now you can add blogger to the list. She recently launched her personal blog so her fans can get to know her outside of Danity Kane, Que, and Dirty Money.
