In Other News: Weekend Recap
Ok here is the recap of what was hot (and not) in entertainment this weekend. First up Kelis….that is all that I will say lol….I don’t like this greyish, champagne, pewter hair color. She is known for starting plenty of trends, but I don’t think this one will make it
Nicki Minaj performing at Justin Comb’s Sweet 16 which was held in NYC at M2
She was also his date….he is so handsome
Teddy Pendergrass’ funeral was this weekend also. Many were there to pay their respects. Including Tyrese who will play Teddy in an upcoming movie
Kelly Rowland
Gabourey Sidibe (Precious) at the Screen Actors Guild Awards…she looks good
Mo’Nique at the Screen Actors Guild Awards where she won an award for her role in “Precious”
Paula Patton at the Screen Actors Guild Awards
I really think Kanye West and Amber Rose are really trying to just get attention. All of this fur is just ridiculous. The Louis Vuitton fur fanny pak is just putting the icing on the cake. I’m waiting for the next picture to be them covered in red paint (PETA) I mean its nothing wrong with fur, and I’m no vegetarian but the fanny pak is a bit much.
2010 Golden Globe Awards
Last night, the 2010 Golden Globe Awards aired on NBC. I watched most of the award show even though 70% of the movies nominated I never heard of or seen, but I had to tune in for the fashion. I must first say congratulations to Mo’Nique on her first win as Best Supporting Actress in Precious. Even though I am not a fan of Mo’Nique’s I must say she did play the heck out of that role. Anyway, here are some photos last night’s event.
Twitter went crazy when Halle Berry came to give out an award….she looks gorgeous
