Her Goody Bag collects personal information when you post a comment or enter a giveaway. The information that is collected includes: Names, email address, IP address, and in regards to giveaways a mailing address. The information will not be disclosed to third parties, or those not involved in shipping goods won through a giveaway.
Giveaway Policy
Sponsors
Her Goody Bag accepts giveaway opportunities. The giveaway sponsor has the sole responsibility of shipping the giveaway prize to the winner. Her Goody Bag will not be responsible for shipping giveaway prizes to winners. The giveaway sponsor must ship the prize to the winner within an appropriate time frame. If the giveaway prize is of electronically based, the giveaway sponsor must e-mail the prize to Her Goody Bag, and a representative will then e-mail the prize to the winner.
Entrants/Contestants
You must be at least 18 years old and over to enter giveaways. The information submitted in your entry will not be used for any other purpose, unless otherwise stated. Your information may be shared with the giveaway sponsor for the purpose of receiving your prize. Your information will not be shared with the sponsor or any other party for any other reason, unless otherwise stated. A random number generator will be used to select winners, unless otherwise noted will use a random number generator to select the winner, unless otherwise stated. Her Goody Bag will contact the winner via the information submitted for the giveaway. If a response from the winner is not received within 24 hours of initial contact, this winner will forfeit the prize and a different winner will be selected and announced.
Product Reviews
Requested product reviews will be considered if courtesy or complimentary products are provided to Her Goody Bag. The products sent for review become the property of Her Goody Bag. Products submitted for review consideration are not guaranteed to be reviewed. The products that are reviewed will be linked back to the company’s homepage and product page. All reviews will be honest. Negative reviews will not be published. Product reviews will be posted based on the reviewer’s discretion. Beauty products and skin care products will need to be used for at least one month for an accurate review.
Event Appearances & Gift Bags
Her Goody Bag welcomes event invitations, but Her Goody Bag’s attendance at said event does not guarantee formal coverage of the event. The receiving of gift bags at events does not guarantee formal reviews of the bag’s contents. Informal reviews and event coverage may take place at the discretion of a Her Goody Bag representative through various forms of social media. Full event coverage will be published to Her Goody Bag with in 1-2 weeks of attending the event.
