So I have this friend who is a die hard Entourage fan. Not too long ago he asked me about these shirts that the main character, Vince (Adrian Grenier), wears quite often on the show.
The shirt is called a Henley and it is simply a collarless pullover shirt with about 2-5 buttons (depends on the shirt). It is a real casual shirt, think of a collarless polo, and they are great for guys who want to have the effortlessly cool look. It is originally a menswear shirt, but yes ladies, we have taken over and now rock henleys ourselves. Here is a closer look at the shirt.
They are really simple. I personally love seeing guys in henley’s and nice pair of jeans and some fly sneakers. It shows that they care about their appearance, but they are not consumed by fashion. Some guys are just ridiculous and they take longer to get ready than a woman, and look “regular.” These types of shirts are very casual so please fellas, do not go to a job interview with one on. Keep these shirts for a night of wings, beer, and football games.
