About a month ago, well May 13th to be exact I emailed my friend from high school Cimone telling her I was about to unfollow her on Instagram because of her updates. I wasn’t serious about unfollowing her, but she had become an Herbalife coach and of course she had to promote her business. Watching her progress with Herbalife made me inquire about the benefits for my fitness goals and lifestyle. She gave me the rundown and answered all of my questions, I mean all and there were a lot.

So here is the abbreviated version of the 52,000 emails between us. I basically told her the goals that I wanted to achieve and how, if at all, herbalife can help me. She gave me an option of three plans based on my lifestyle and goals. I chose the first option which consisted of a cleanse, tea, and other tablets. I was only required to work out 2-3 times per week (minimum) and basically “eat clean,” which I have been doing anyway. I sent in my payment and then the magical box appeared lol.


Ok here’s the part you are here for is it the real deal?

Yes it is! It is as simple as that. I have been on this plan for two week and I have lost 4 lbs and have seen a significant change in certain parts of my body such as my stomach (yes it is going down!) and back. I know that I have a small frame, but my back fat was pretty gross for my size and shape. I looked in my fully body mirror yesterday and was like whoa…where did I go?

Not only have I seen a change in my body I also feel amazing. I told her I needed to increase my energy levels, especially with me going back to school this summer. I can HONESTLY say that I have more energy and I feel lighter. I sent Cimone a text this past weekend telling her how much lighter I feel. I used to feel really heavy, but that is not the case now and i don’t feel like I am carrying extra weight. I but admit that it has been difficult keeping up with the eating schedule, exercise, and water intake, especially on weekends, but in order to see results you have to stick with the plan. I’m still working out the kinks like consistently working out and keeping up with my meal plan on the weekend.

Some people have inquired about my exact plan and the pricing, but your coach customizes a plan specifically for you based on your lifestyle and goals so each plan may differ. I tried the “green tea” mix with aloe and it DID give me more energy. but I didn’t see where I lost any more weight because of it. they tried to say I will burn more calories by drinking it but I realized the only way to burn real calories is real exersise ..As far as replacing the meals for their shakes ..MEH I want food, will always want food and plan on losing weight on the right foods for the rest of my life, not some magic shake as a meal replacement. I still use the aloe because of its healing properties that seem to keep my stomach in balance.. I am sure I could find it cheaper on line after I am finished with this one I bought. Using shakes for a meal replacement for me, makes me hungrier for real food. lol.

      I’m not drinking the shakes. I agree with you, I need food. The aloe tea has helped my digestive system. I’m going to spend one more month on Herbalife and see what happens.

  5. I just started yesterday, I have found that Herbalife weight loss plan is for people who are truly fed up of their situation and need to make a change. I was to the point where i just didn’t want to eat anymore, I just felt sick of myself. I lost 8 lbs in one weekend just because I didn’t eat, I wasn’t hungry because of my depression and I just didn’t eat! I didn’t mind the weight loss, but I almost passed out in the kitchen making dinner for my Husband that Sunday night… Just at that point I was reintroduced to Herbalife by a friend. It wasn’t the first time I heard of it but I brushed it of several times before. This time I said, since I didn’t feel like eating this would be a great option for me. I am finding it so easy, a real grab and go option. Packed with every Nutrient I need and then some more! I chose the Wild Berry formula 1 with a Vanilla Protein Shake Mix. The taste, way better than I expected of health shake. Really good! With just one meal a day, I can do this. Its doable! and you really have to want it, if you don’t feel like going for two shakes one day, have one, that way you wont gain weight…it will condition your body. If you decide stop with the shakes, don’t go crazy and just eat whatever you feel, then blame the shake for your ballooning. It’s reality if you eat unhealthily you WILL gain weight.
