Winter is coming! Winter is coming! Winter is coming! Just in case you didn’t know. The weather, especially in the NorthEast has been really unpredictable as of late. We had a terrible Noreaster after an even more devastating hurricane, so we need to be prepared for a future Snowpocalypse.

Last winter we barely had any snow. It was lovely! I did not have to dig my car out of mounds of snow and I was happy with that. Many meteorologists are predicting a terrible winter so change the tires on your car, get your brakes fixed, and check out this shopping guide for cold weather boots that will keep you warm, dry, and stylish.

During Berlin Fashion Week from January 18th to 20th, adidas Originals showcased its stylish new Fall/Winter 2012 collection at the Bread & Butter Trade Show.

Presenting the premium sector of the brand, adidas gave a first outlook on the upcoming highlights such as Originals Denim, the Blue collection and the design collaborations with Jeremy Scott, David Beckham and Ransom

The styles remain classic adidas but with additions & the eccentric collabs they remain now.

Singing “Let it snow, let it snow” in my Boys 2 Men voice because that is exactly what happened all day yesterday. The East Coast was hit with the first snow storm of the winter season. I was skeptical about this storm because the weathermen and meteorologist have been wrong about the weather lately. Yesterday after I left church, I had to go to Home Depot to pick up a shovel so I can dig out my car if I was snowed in. I also took my mom to find some snow boots. We went to Target, Famous Footwear, and Marshalls, but the selections were slim. I have a pair of Nike All-weather Condition Gear boots, also known as the infamous ACGs, and they definitely get the job done, but lets face it they are not cute. Even though I am not in dire need of a pair of snow boots, I would like a new pair that is a bit more fashionable. Here are some choices  $100 or less

I adore booties as much as the next woman and I have been looking for a great brown, casual bootie. On my search I came across this pair from Alloy

What I love most about this bootie is the shearling and studded details. These would look great with skinny jeans or wool leggings and a sweater dress. They retail for $50.

Yeah these would be such a great addition to my wardrobe. To purchase click here
