Style is always evolving which in turn means new styles and companies will arise. I’ve been privy to see a major up & coming brand Heart Clothing make moves here in NY and across the nation. Created in 2008 their passion is to cater to all individuals who have a great sense of fashion & drive to set trends. The inspiration behind the line is “style & culture”.

When describing heart clothing’s style you would have to say that it is the product result when – clean cut urban apparel meets high end fashion. With every piece made we want to expose everyone not only to the brand, but to the culture that it represents.

Fashion is fun and always changing with the time. The only thing that is consistent with it…is change. So take this journey with us throughout these years and let’s continue to look good everywhere we go…

Unless you are blind you couldn’t miss the ascension of Heart with sightings on celebrities like Kemba Walker (NBA Charlotte Bobcats), Chris & Neef of the Young Guns, Wale, Terrance J (106 & Park) & Cory Gunz to name a few.

Be on the look out to see the growth of the designs and company from Heart Clothing. From tees to hats to cardigans they have what it is your looking for, label staples. Make sure to check the collection on the webshop. So tell me “Wear Your Heart @?”

Last Saturday I, along with hundreds of other people including my friend Shelly, attended the Heineken Inspire concert featuring J. Cole, Wale, DJ D-Nice, and the surprise guest, the Teflon Don himself, Rick Ross. I did not know what to expect from this event. I thought I was just going to see J. Cole and Wale perform, but I was in for a great surprise. There was so much to do before the concert started and everything was free.

They had a great variety of food from sausage and peppers, dim sum (stuffed dumplings), reubens (sandwiches), hot dogs, pretzels and all of the Heineken you can drink (I don’t drink beer so I drank water). They also had various games like ping pong and two Nintendo Wii stations. They were also customizing t-shirts. You had the option of four colors and four designs. You also got the chance to be on the cover of “RollingStone Magazine” with an impromptu photo shoot with various props. Here are photos from the event

J. Cole has such great stage presence. He had no hype man and did an amazing job!

Wale was cool. He did A LOT of call and response and even performed in the crowd, but after a while I was a little bored. He had too much going on..it was too hard to focus.

Rick Ross was the surprise guest and he killed it! When DJ D-Nice introduced him everybody went crazy. Of course he came out to B.M.F. (Blowing Money Fast) and I swear everybody in that building was Big Meech or Larry Hoover.

This event was put on by Team Epiphany which is a branding and marketing company. This was a great event.
