Yesterday I went to IMATS and made quite a few purchases. I didn’t go over my budget of $100 which was really awesome. I will have my full IMATS hall later on in the week. While there, I went to about every cosmetic table with lip gloss or lip stick. I was searching for the perfect colors for spring and summer. If this was a few years ago, I would be fine with just a tinted gloss, but now I am really starting to embrace lip stick and glosses with great pigments.

I purchased items from Stila and OCC (Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics), and these colors completed my spring/summer lip color arsenal along with a few lippies from Inglot. Take a look at the colors up close with swatches.

Spring is near…20 days away. We can make it!

“If we had no winter, the spring would not be so pleasant: if we did not sometimes taste of adversity, prosperity would not be so welcome.” -Ann Bradstreet

This bag is giving me life. I know it is simple but that is why I love it. The color pops and the box shape is extremely unique. The tassel adds a little fun to the bag as well. This bag is only $50 and can be worn with countless things. Check out a few dresses below that I would pair the bag with and also a link to purchase the bag.

These Aldo nude suede pumps are perfect for the spring. What I love about this shoe is the detailing. It is subtle, but it will make you look twice. Perfect with jeans, skirts, rompers, dresses and can be worn at the office or on a date. This is the perfect multi-purpose shoe that will go with just about everything.

Yes I know we just had a blizzard and I have to deal with freezing winter temps for the next three months, but a girl can wish right? As I have said before, I must face the winter to appreciate the spring and summer, so I am dealing with it, trust me. Anyway, I was doing my daily rounds on various blogs and came across these beauties!

I am a huge Michael Kors fan and I absolutely love these sandals. The color is perfect for spring and the thick straps and buckle details gives these heels a hardcore look. The original price for these shoes were $1, 295 but they are on sale for the very low price of $647.50! Ok so the price isn’t that low, but still these shoes are hot. Click here to purchase

Rihanna, Jordin Sparks, and LeToya Luckett all stepped out this week looking great. They are each rocking various trends hot for Spring/Summer 2010

  • Rihanna is rocking a fabulous nude dress. Not really feeling the rosey red cheeks but the shoes make up for it.
  • Letoya Luckett is in a gorgeous print dress that fits her frame perfectly. Paired with some nude platforms, she nailed this look.
  • Jordin Sparks through a little glam in her look with a sequins top and tulip skirt. The skirt is the perfect fit and shape, and pairing it with this particular top really slims the waist line…good job.

I am back!!!! This time for good! I know I went MIA for a week, but no worries I’m back to posting on a regular basis now. So let’s pick up where we left off…WEEKEND RECAP!

Estelle, Vanessa William, Essence Atkins, and Tia and Tamara Mowry all look gorgeous! What better way to start the summer off in a hot dress! Here are a two looks I created on polyvore that will definitely have you steppin out looking great this summer!

Rihanna and Ciara have both jumped on this trend. I love the sexy chic look ciara is giving with the yellow tank and blue platforms. Rihanna’s look is more relaxed for a more casual spin on the tie-dye jeans with an oversized knit sweater and pink sandals. I recently bought a pair but have yet to wear them. I will definitely post photos when I do.
