The winner must reside in one of the 5 boroughs
Must be 18 yrs. or older
Winner must agree to have before and after photographs taken
Winner has the option of choosing the day she would like their makeover: Feb 9, Feb 10, Feb 16, Feb 17
*Winner may use her own wardrobe or have a budget set aside for personal shopping for an outfit for the makeover.
*Winner may use her own makeup or the makeup artist will use their kit.
*Winner agrees her response, likeness, and photos may be used on FABulously Chic social networks, print, and promo items
