Lady Foot Locker Launches First-Ever Pinterest Promotion
NEW YORK, April 24, 2012 – Lady Foot Locker celebrates spring by donating $5,000 to American Forests Global ReLeaf program, a national nonprofit organization that restores and protects urban and rural forests. Many will choose to take their workouts outside as the weather gets warmer, enjoying the sun and fresh air. Lady Foot Locker invites everyone to be a part of the green beautification conversation through their own “Spring Refresh” pinboards on Pinterest. From now through May 11, participants can “pin” their outdoor and fitness inspirations and the three most creative boards will be selected to win a $250 Lady Foot Locker gift card. The promotion will run alongside the national “Spring Refresh” in-store campaign, encouraging customers to lead a healthy lifestyle and rejuvenate their wardrobe.
