Hey guys! I have some exciting news for you all. Her Goody Bag has partnered with IBM’s social media influencer program IBM Smarter Commerce. What does this mean? I’m glad you asked! IBM wants to know what smarter commerce means to everyday people like us. Smarter Commerce involves your use of technology and how it directly affects our personal and professional lives.
With the IBM Smarter Commerce program brands like Sephora, Nike, Macy’s and more will connect directly with their consumers to provide the ultimate customer experience through the use of social media and other forms of interactive technology.
In this millennial age, technology is a crucial aspect in how we live our lives. So, it is awesome that IBM is taking how we use technology everyday to improve the quality of our lives. As a blogger, stylist, and full-time working professional I use technology all of the time. Whether I am connecting with you all through Twitter, Instagram or Facebook, creating looks for clients, researching information on new designers, or shopping for clients, technology is very important to me. It plays an important role in how I advertise and market my business, including my blog. It helps me network and connect with different brands, companies, designers, customers, and family and friends.
Smarter Commerce also plays an important role in a new business venture that I am embarking on with my long time friend and fellow blogger Kim of Makeup By Kim Porter. Be on the look out for that!
