I’m already mapping out what stores I want to go to. Last year Kim and I went to the Meatpacking District for Maybelline they were doing makeovers and then we hit up the ASOS event for some DIY and a fabulous Fall runway show.

Here are a few items from the 2011 FNO Collection

This dress is a perfect transitional dress for the fall. It can be worn on cool summer nights as well as in the day. When the fall hits, just put on a pair of tights and a pair of booties and you are ready to go. This dress is perfect for day to night as well. So if you have an event after work a quick change of accessories and you are ready for that afterwork shindig.

This would be a great dress for Fashion’s Night Out, which is right around the corner. Start getting your looks together 🙂

The dress is currently on sale for $33 at Miss Selfridge. Check it out here

So Friday, Septemer 10, was Fashion’s Night Out. It was probably one of the most anticipated events for Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, besides the fabulous runway shows. There were so many events going on that I wanted to attend, but I would need 3 clones to get around the city in time for everything. My night started with me meeting up with Kim and we went to the Meatpacking District for the Maybelline event. As you can see from the pics above it was packed. Some of those women had to be online around 4:30 because we got there before 6pm.

We then hopped on train and headed to the West Village for the Teen Vogue and ASOS Block Party. It was a LONG walk to the the block party but we passed tons of stores celebrating this big night also.

The ASOS block party had free make overs, a runway show, a DIY station, and a performance by VV Brown. Here are a few photos from the fashion show.

We did not make it to SoHo, but we did enjoy our time at the ASOS block party and the walk through the west village.

How did you all spend Fashion’s Night Out?
