Last week we gave you a snippet of the Jason Wu for Target lookbook, well ladies the full collection has just been released. This is what you can look forward to in February to get those spring wardrobes ready.

I love all of these looks! These are just a few of my favorites.

Take a look at the entire collection below

Nothing in the collection is over $60, which is great since most designer collaborations aren’t really that much of a discount. Get ready on February 5, 2012 the internet will crash again lol.

Let the collaborations of 2012 begin! So first up is Jason Wu for Target. Jason Wu first received notoriety when he designed the dress for FLOTUS during the Inaugural Ball. Well on February 5, 2012 Jason Wu and Target will probably cause another internet meltdown. You can most definitely expect tons of lady-like dresses from this collection. This is the perfect time to get ready for spring!

A few images have been released of the collection. When the full lookbook is released you know you’ll see it here first!

2011 was also the year of collaborations. It seems like every time I turned around a high end designer was creating a line with lower-end retailers. Take a look at who made our list

Missoni for Target

This collaboration caused mayhem in stores and online. The  Target website crashed because of all the people trying to grab everything from a bike to a dress. I don’t think Target or Missoni knew the type of madness that was bound to happen, but it was all in the name of fashion. The Missoni line was the most diverse offering pieces for men, women, children and even items for the home. What was most appealing to many was the bold use of color and the intricate zig-zag design Missoni is known for.

Karl Lagerfeld for Macy’s

Karl Lagerfeld, the genius behind the Chanel brand, stepped out of the box as well and created a 45 piece collection. Filled with flirty dresses, structured/tailored pieces, and Chanel inspired dresses, we were able to get the luxe look and feeling without shelling out tons of cash. The line was priced between $50-$170 so many fashionistas were happy with that.

Versace for H&M

I think this collaboration had to be the biggest and most talked about. Celebs swarmed the fashion show preview. I have never seen so many celebs in pieces from a collaboration line. People like Garcelle Beauvais, Chris Brown, Kanye West, Swizz Beatz, Jessica Alba, and more were spotted in these pieces. This was definitely the most anticipated line and it did not fail. I loved the bold use of color, mixed prints and textures, and intricate designs. Hopefully there will be a part 2.

What was your favorite collaboration?

It is that time of the year again. The latest collaboration that H&M will be debuting is with the power house Versace. This Saturday at 8am you will have a chance to battle it out with other fashionstas to get the these high end designs at prices that will not break our budget.

If you remember the Jimmy Choo launch was a complete madhouse so H&M decided to institute new rules and regulations when shopping these much anticipated collections. The first trial was with the Lanvin collection and it went pretty smoothly. No major fights or attacks were reported so H&M has compiled a list of how to shop this collection. Check it out “How the Shopping System Works”

“The first 280 in line will receive one of 14 different colored bracelets, 20 people for each bracelet color. On the bracelet you will be given a specific time for shopping in our designated area. The bracelets are only needed for our women’s collection. Customers buying the men’s collection will not require a bracelet. When your time slot arrives, you will enter the designated area to shop for 15 minutes. Our goal is to create a better shopping experience for all of our customers.

If you are not one of the first 280 in line, you will of course have the opportunity to shop from the men’s collection or within H&M. When the 14 groups have finished their shopping we will open up the women’s collection to all of our customers.

To make sure as many customers as possible are able to buy from the Versace for H&M collection, we have a shopping limit. Every customer can buy from the entire collection, but with a limit of purchasing a maximum of two pieces per product, ie not more than two sizes (shoes/garments) or pieces (accessories) per product per customer. The shopping limit covers the entire Versace for H&M collection. Your place in line does not guarantee any items from the Versace for H&M collection.”

The highly anticipated collaboration between Missoni and Target hit the stores yeterday and it was pure madness. According to reports, people were so excited to purchase the high-end brand’s items that it caused the entire Target website to crash! I don’t think this has happened in the history of any collaboration before. The website still wasn’t up and running as of this morning either.

Not only did customers cause the site to crash, but they also bought out the entire store. It was like Black Friday in Target. People were fighting pushing, stealing items out of people’s carts and off of registers.

I love a great collaboration between a high-end designer and a lower-end retail store, but I don’t love savagery and that’s what it sounds like was  happening at the Target stores yesterday. The shelves are bare!

Good luck finidng anything or pay the inflated for the items you had your eye on through ebay.  Remember this is not the end of the world people. The collection will be around f or 6 weeks so check back regularly online (when the site is up again) and in stores.
