Spring Trend: Fringe Bags

Yes we are going to the west with this look. Some people love it, others hate, but this spring you will be bombarded with fringe. Hopefully we won’t see anyone walking around in a fringe vest, with fringe boots, a fringe bag, and a fringe belt. That is just a tad bit too much. To pull off this look just keep it simple. Style Files: Mya

Mya recently did a photo shoot with Beauty Entertainment Magazine and she looks absolutely phenomenal. She really hasn’t been on her style game, but this is the Mya that should stick around forever. My top three favorite things about Mya’s style:

  1. Candy colors-they complimnet just about every complexion
  2. Statement necklace- This  necklace can make any outfit pop. The turquoise and the fuschia combined looks amazing
  3. The lingerie top and blazer. This look ruled the runways for the Spring so ladies stock up on those sexy little camis!

Sweet Tooth: All I Want For Christmas…

Last week on Twitter, I started my #Christmas list…I said I wanted dry erase markers, and some of my followers were like “you’re kidding right?” I really wasn’t, I was actually serious, but that was just the teacher in me talking. Here is actually something that is on my Christmas List for 2009. I will post my current obsessions for Christmas until the day before and let’s see if my family and friends get me what I want :-) (I hope they do lol)

Jewelry

As my jewelry/accessory collection continues to grow, I find myself running out of space. I am currently using four different jewelry boxes to store all of my accessories. I’ve been wanting to get a jewelry armoire for quite some time now and I think it is time. I spent 15 minutes untangling two of my favorite necklaces and that was such a hassle. This armoir contains:

  •  four drawers
  • Top lid with a mirror
  • 2 side doors
  • Necklace hanger and ring roll
  • 2 small and 2 large drawers

This armoire is onl $69 and it can be purchased at Walmart. They have other great selections also, but I just love a cherry wood finish. It is so classic.
