So yesterday I finally decided to wear a pair of pants that have been sitting in my closet for months. I purchased these XOXO silk cargo pants from Macy's and they have been ironed and pressed for weeks but they never made it to the forefront of the weekly wardrobe. I called multiple stores and finally found a store that had my size and I snatched them up. They are extremely comfortable and gives me great height. I can run errands in these without any pain. Earlier this week I posted Beyonce's spread for W Magazine. Well the interivew is out and Bey reveals the 7 looks from some of her greates music videos that have shaped her career. First up is Crazy In Love (2003) I remember I was in college when this song first came out and I wanted a pair of denim shorts, white tank, and a pair of red heels. Rebecca Minkoff Resort 2012
Last week, Rebecca Minkoff debuted her 2012 Resort Collection and I must say I love the direction she has taken. The collection was inspired by 1970s St. Tropez, France. She used various prints and the idea behind the prints was sunlight through broken pieces of glass, and an array of colors emerging. Just imagine a prism and that's the idea behind the prints used. The dominant colors of the collection were, Azure, Sunset, Persimmon, and Turquoise. Here are a few images of the collection White lace will always be classic. Some women love the idea of feminine clothing. Everything does not have to be edgy. The silhouette of the printed dress still gives a feminine feel, but the print gives it a bold look.
