I catch a little flack from people because of my lack of “casual wear” or active wear in my closet. I own leggings and yoga pants, but I rarely go outside in them. Sometimes people say, “Throw on a pari of sweats” and I’m like….I don’t own any. I have not worn a pair of sweats since I was on the dance team in college and that was a long time ago. I just hated how bulky sweats were on my small frame. Then I was contacted by the lovely people over at Trinket Rocks who wanted to send over a few sweatsuits.

One thing that made me agree to do this post was the fact that they were actually familiar with my blog and my style. I consider my style to be feminine classic with a modern twist, so I don’t own lots of active wear and they were aware of that and sent over two suits that I could mix and match to fit my style.

The Roxanne Suit is extremely comfortable and went perfectly with my leopard sneakers. What I love most about this look is that it is stylish and I did not feel like I was wearing sweats. The studs were a nice touch too, to give the look a little edge.

About the Creator of Trinket Rocks Talia
Growing up in Detroit, Michigan, Talia’s dad being an engineer at General Motors and her mom a teacher, both being creative people. Quite naturally as a child, she was very creative with a knack for arts & crafts. But her passion for design was discovered while studying fashion design and illustration at Cass Technical High School. From there she moved to New York to attend Parsons School of Design. This was her entrance into the fashion capital, in hopes of pursuing her dreams.
