I think Fabolous is one of the most underrated artists in the music industry! He is definitely one of my favorite rappers and I think Fab killed it on this album. Check his new video for “Everything, Everyday, Everywhere”

Nicole & Natalie, better known as Nina Sky, are more than just the “Move Your Body” girls from Queens we met in 2004.

Edgy hair cuts, tattoo sleeves, piercings and rockstar attitudes show that these two young ladies have gone through a metamorphosis during the last 5yrs and are now in a class of their own.
They have definitely evolved musically and I really like their new single “Beautiful People.”
Its refreshing…just good music that makes you want to party. That is one thing that is lacking in the music industry…good, clean, fun, party music

Their sound is very electro-pop- reminds me of 80s pop party music. The music will definitely make you dance (not grind…leave that to Sexy Spec)
Their sophomore album “Starting Today” is scheduled to drop this October!

New look, new music, change is a good thing…

So VIBE is putting together a final issue that does not include The Dream groping his fiance Christina Milian on the front cover. One feature in the final issue called Angels in the In Zone which features Hotties from the NFL and R&B check out the pics

Eye Candy for everyone! Ladies we get the muscle bulging NFL players and Fellas ya’ll get fly R&B chicks. Everyone should be satisfied. Adrienne Bailon has the best shot IMO. I hope the rest of the issues is just as good as the pics. If you couldn’t tell from the ladies attire this fall LEATHER, LEATHER, LEATHER!!! I love it!

In honor of the 4th of July weekend this weeks Thirsty Thursday drink is the “FireCracker”

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Tequila
Cracked ice
Tonic water
Lime wedge
Pour tequila over the ice in a highball glass. Fill with tonic. Stir and garnish with lime wedge.

Sure it may look like Sprite or 7up or just plain ol’ Seltzer but trust me…you will “Explode” when you taste this. When you do explode, make sure you do it gracefully and in style “owww” lol
Don’t say we didn’t warn you!

4th of July !

This past Sunday, Vanderbilt Ave. in Brooklyn had a little block party. Many of the little shops and restaurants displayed their finest in food and clothing for people in the community. One of the boutiques on Vanderbilt Ave. “Pieces of Brooklyn” held a fashion show and here are some of the looks.

Not a really good shot, but the shorts were cute
Simple and Chic
The bag was fab…so was the dress…I would so rock this in emerald green or royal blue
Classic with a bit of an edge
The blouse was fabulous
Marie and I are suckers for hidden pockets
This dress comes in many different patterns…I’m sure you will be able to find one that suits you
This has my name written all over it!!
There goes those pockets

Marie and I were very impressed with the fashion show. The pieces were gorgeous. Some things are a little pricey, but there are always sales and other deals so it may fit your budget. Check out Pieces of Brooklyn it will definitely be a unique experience.
