All black everything; you can never go wrong

So my birthday is this upcoming Saturday (woot woot) and I am super excited. My family keeps asking me what I want and the only thing that I can think of is a new pair of riding boots. I have a black pair from Steve Madden that has been with me through thick and thin, but I want to give them a rest during this fall/winter and so I want a brown pair for my birthday. Simple right. I did a post last week on over-the-knee boots, but I prefer riding boots that stop right below the knee. Here are the boots I have my eye on *hint hint family*

Nine West Trinity $179 ships 10/5 (I’m patient, I don’t mind waiting three-five additional days)

Nine West Tierney $169

Aldo Brendal Boot (motorcycle boot) $130

Keri Hilson was spotted at the “Get Schooled” event held in New York City at Martin Luther King High School. She was rocking a bold houndstooth print shirt, black skinny jeans, a head full of blonde curls and menswear hat. The top houndstooth blouse is actually from the Charter Club and is on sale at Macy’s for $44

Is she rocking this look or should she just drop it?

Remember when twitter went crazy for the Gianmarco Lorenzi Crystal pumps?

Well Fever Shoes by Natischa Harvey has been all the rave this past week. She has an exact replica of the Gianmarco Lorenzi swarvoski studded shoes called “Tiff”. They come in gold, black, and brown, and retail for $200. After these shoes were spotted on Raven Symone during the Wendy Williams show, all of the fashion blogs went crazy looking for the designer.

Brown Tiff (worn by Raven Symone)

Tiff Black

The Tiff style of Fever Shoes have been worn by Dawn Richard of Dirty Money, Rocsi from 106 and Park, Angela Simmons, and Raven Symone. This particular style (the Tiff) is on back order until November 1, but that’s literally like 5 wks! Get your orders in now!

I have never had a house visit from a doctor before, not sure if many people in my generation or the one before me have, but one thing that I do notice when watching old movies and tv shows is the bag the doctor’s carry. It is a sleek and chic bag, and it is one of the fall must haves of 2010 according to Marie Claire. Here are some options of affordable doctor’s bag (or satchels) that will have you looking stylish and ready to cure any fashion sickness.

  1. The Limited Doctor’s Satchel $65
  2. ASOS Mini Doctor’s Bag $34
  3. Nicole Lee Patchwork Doctor’s Bag $65
