This is really random I know, but I thought this was the funniest thing ever!!! The cat looks so confused like “why did this crazy lady (or man…highly doubt it though) put this on me? Lol…people are so “CREATIVE” when it comes to their pets! I remember one day a few years ago I was on Fulton st and I saw a white and brown pitbull in a red snorkel (NY term) jackets and some Timberland booties on. I was just as confused as I am now.
