We all want thicker and longer lashes. Some people are tired of trying mascara after mascara and some people have tried or are using the new FDA approved Latisse to grow thicker and longer lashes despite the health warnings. Well I was on Sephora’s website and came across “Lash Enhancers” There are different types of mascara that will condition, strengthen, and even grow your lashes without a prescription. Here are a few

Smash Box Bionic Mascara $19

mascara

Smashbox Bionic is the first ionic mascara—it will leave you with longer, stronger, and more voluminous lashes! The specially-engineered brush coats lashes with our revolutionary long-wearing, water-resistant formula for a dramatic full lash. Aloe, silk, and wheat protein strengthen and condition.

Talika Eyelash Lipocils $40

Mascara2

This unique, transparent gel enriched with a complex of lecithin and 100% natural plant extracts is clinically proven to boost the appearance of lashes, as it conditions and beautifies existing lashes.

Use twice a day, morning and evening, after cleansing. Apply to lashes and to the skin at the base of your lashes. Then apply your favorite mascara when it’s dry, in just one minute.

Tarte MultiplEYE Lash Enhancer $65

mascara3

MultiplEYE is a natural lash enhancer that increases the length of lashes by 152%. The proprietary HydroPlant Peptide™ is clinically proven to give the appearance of longer, thicker lashes with natural ingredients. Soy and amino acid proteins combine to form an essential superprotein base that fortifies and nourishes lashes. This protein emulsion is infused with cellulose, a plant-derived thickening agent, and vitamin C, an antioxidant booster. The results speak for themselves: 100% of subjects reported an increase in lash softness and the appearance of lash length while 90% of subjects reported an increase in lash thickness.

Some are a bit pricey but hey its worth a shot or if you only want long, voluminous, lashes for a short periods of time, falsies are great…just not with the weave bonding glue that they use in the Asian salons ( you will end up with 6 eyelashes…I counted…bad experience in 2006)
